Very nice staff and good food. Portions a little too big, possibly a little too much meat.

We visited this restaurant on two evenings, as we were convinced from the start by the very good cuisine and the friendly, funny staff. The food is freshly prepared, the portions are large and the quality is excellent. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here! Highly recommended! We would love to come back!

Were there twice: once for a burger and once for spare ribs. Food was really good. Found the side dishes and beer a little expensive. Service very nice. Ambience okay to recommend

Baked pulled pork good, but only good, unfortunately the meat has little taste of its own or is very whitewashed by the very sweet sauce. Seasoning meat very good. Maybe if you visit another dish, we would like more stars!

Despite the full restaurant, waitress took care of us immediately, brought menus and took drinks. These came very quickly and the food order continued. We didn't have to wait long for the meal. The food was delicious, warm and well priced. Our dog was immediately given a bowl of water. The cellars asked very often if we would like anything else and everything is in order. All in all, one can only be satisfied with such a restaurant.

We were there tonight and had delicious beef ribs with grilled vegetables and burgers (Big Dream Cheeseburger) with Belgian fries. The young man in the service was great and eloquent 😉 The food was very tasty and the price was absolutely ok. We'd love to come back 👍🙂

Seldom eaten better spare ribs and the boss is absolutely great.

Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck: ** BBQ (Pork) ** The meat was extremely dry and was not even served "lukewarm". Presumably the BBQ was "cooked up" and warmed up if necessary. The 4 sauces were difficult to classify in terms of taste, a classic BBQ sauce could not be recognized. It's just a matter of personal taste. ** Burger ** The rolls were good. Unfortunately (almost typically "German") the patty was drowned in sauce. A matter of taste. ** Service ** Ok with us. Very "astonishing" with other guests. The weather was good and we sat outside. We were the only guests. An older one came and the couple sat down at a table of four. There were 6 or 7 free tables. The couple was asked very urgently by an employee to sit down at a table for two. What shoud that? During the whole time there were no new guests. And if necessary, you could have put together two tables for two if there were no large tables available.

We were in the "Klosterklause" on August 29th, 2020 and were absolutely thrilled! The food was great and the service (despite the fact that it was very understaffed) was simply great, relaxed and very friendly. A MUST HAVE for people who are in or near Malchow. However, you should reserve a table, as it could be that the restaurant (including the outdoor area) could be well occupied! Highly recommended !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely overpriced drinks. (There is not even a drinks menu) Food was cold and warmed up from the day before! Absolutely not recommended. The service was at least friendly.

The food was decent but the service was bad: we called upfront to reserve a table for a group of 5 and we asked to be seated inside, they said we could only get a table at 19:30. When we got there they thought we were a group of 3 and we were told we had to sit outside. Because the service was also slow it took over an hour for us to get our food at which it was starting to get quite cold and the sun was setting. If it wasn't for this it would've been a nice experience

We, four adults and one child (12 months) had reserved a table at 5 p.m. When we reached the restaurant and were assigned to our table in the garden, we noticed that the table was in the blazing sun (about 28 °.) When I asked if there was a table in the shade for us, we were told that is not possible. I have to say that we were the only guests at the time. We left the restaurant because we were disappointed about so much incomprehension. Who wants to sit in the blazing sun with a toddler even though there were places in the shade!

We were really hungry..😉 and we found this restaurant by chance. The waitress (sorry, I forgot your name) was very nice, we were served very quickly, the food was delicious. Keep up the good work and see you soon 👏

Tasted all the smoked beauties of the restaurant, everything was perfect, especially the chicken. Super kind, polite and english-speaking waitress too! Never to miss!

The visit in the restaurant was a big disappointment. We were there with a group of 6, ordered Pulled Pork Burger, Cheeseburger and Smoked Fish. About the food: the buns for all burgers were called (no wonder, the cook brought them from some outside freezer few minutes before we got the dish), the patty was so overcooked it was dry inside, the fries were soft and not really tasty. The smoked fish though was a whole big fish and it was tasty. The service: the waitress was polite, but we still had to wait more than 50 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't full. It was also unprofessional to see her running from the toilet to the kitchen with frozen french fries in a bag. If you're visiting Malchow - I would recommend a different restaurant for a dinner.
